Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026. This policy applies to Laura’s cleaning services.
What we collect
When you request a free estimate through our “Ai studio estimate form v1,” we collect your name, your phone number, and the job details you provide (such as the service you want, the size of your home, and a good time to reach you). We also receive basic information about your visit, such as the page you came from and the type of device you used.
How we use your information
We use your name, phone number, and job details to respond to your request, confirm the scope and price of a cleaning, and schedule your service. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How we store your information
Your estimate request is sent to our customer relationship management (CRM) system as a new contact so we can follow up with you. We keep it only as long as needed to provide and improve our service, and to keep records of our work with you.
